We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admin & Accountant. This dual role combines administrative responsibilities with accounting tasks, ensuring smooth facility operations and accurate financial management.

**Role: Admin/Accounts Executive**

**Job Type: Full time**

**Work Timings: Day shift**

**Experience: 6 months - 1 year**

**Administrative Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain and update vendor agreements, and other essential documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval of information.
- Monitor and manage office inventory, including procurement of stationery, equipment, and other supplies.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, liaising with vendors and contractors for repairs or services.

**Accounting Duties**
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial projections.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and tax requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and tax authorities as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
