Position - Accounts & Admin Executive

Location - Chennai

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:Managing the flow of payments both to vendors and from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- **Bookkeeping**:Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- **Financial Record Keeping**:Ensuring all financial records are organized, accurate, and up-to-date, and maintaining a system for easy access and retrieval.
- **Invoicing**:Preparing and sending invoices to customers, ensuring timely billing and payment collection.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting**:Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses, providing relevant data for management and decision-making.
- **Data Entry**:Precisely entering financial data into accounting software and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Discrepancy Resolution**:Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Support**:Providing support to the finance team and other departments as needed, assisting with various accounting tasks.
- Handling petty cash & all kind admin work

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
