**Job Title**: IT and Non-IT Recruiter (Work From Home)
**Experience**: 1-2 Years in Domestic Hiring

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in domestic recruitment, with expertise in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with IT technologies, roles, and terminologies is a must.
- **Tools Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and sourcing tools.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- **Work Style**: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
