**WORK FROM HOME**

**Timings - **10 am to 5 pm with Lunch break of 30-45 mins/ 2nd and 4 sat off

**Job Responsibilities:

- NON IT Recruitment for Mumbai and other location**

**1) Handling End to End recruitment cycle -_ NON-IT ONLY LIKE SALES/ ADMIN/ CIVIL ENG/ MECHANICAL ENG/ MARKETING/ ACCOUNTS/ SOCIAL MEDIA/ SAFETOR OFFICER/ PURCHASE/ SECRETARY/ LOGISTICS / CUSTOMER CARE ETC.....**

**2) Sourcing CVs & Job posting**: Various platforms like free job sites, LinkedIn and other sources

**3) Excellent in Telephonic screening,** **formatting of CVS **as per Firm policy, schedule interviews, offer **negotiation, follow-up and coordination** at all stages till replacement policy. **we have different style of formatting CVs and sending to client**

**4**) Post your log out you need to managed interview coordination/ follow-up with

**6)Internal coordination with the Director and basic Google sheet/ Excel sheet tracker or client tracker if any needs to maintain**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay
