Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-IT domain. - Strong understanding of the job market in Mumbai and the ability to identify talent in various industries. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
