As we expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrative Supervisor** to support and streamline our daily administrative and operational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all administrative activities in the manufacturing unit.
- Maintain records related to inventory, production, attendance, and compliance.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external agencies as needed.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance staff.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Support HR in managing employee files, leaves, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with compliance and labor regulations will be an added advantage.
