**Job Title: Supervisor/ Lab Incharge**

**Job Summary**:
The supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team or department to ensure efficient operation and achievement of goals. They provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members while managing day-to-day activities to meet organizational objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and coach team members to maximize productivity and performance.
- **Workflow Management**: Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Performance Management**: Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- **Problem Solving**: Address issues and resolve conflicts within the team, escalating to higher management when necessary.
- **Communication**: Facilitate clear and open communication within the team and with other departments or stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures in all aspects of work.
- **Resource Management**: Manage resources effectively, including budget, equipment, and staffing levels.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Safety**: Promote and enforce a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 Years Experience in the field of Foundry (Cast Iron & SG Iron)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,098.63 - ₹30,436.74 per month
