Job Description Required
1 Profile Production Supervisor
2 Gender Male

3 Min. Qualification Required - High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
4 Min. Experience Required 3Years. Experience in CNC Sheet Metal Industry will be an added advantage.

6 Approx Salary Depends on Experience. We are seeking inbetween 18000 - 30000 per month

7 Preffered Location Residing within 15KMs Radius from Saha, Saha Industrial Area, Ambala, Haryana

8 Job Responsibilities

8a Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
8b Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
8c Oversee and coach employees
8d Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

8e Check production output according to specifications
8f Submit reports on performance and progress
8g Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

8h Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

8i Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

9 Key Skills

9a Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
9b Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Compatible with MS Office & Google Sheets

9c Organizational and leadership abilities
9d Communication and interpersonal skills
9e Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
9f Problem-solving skills

10 Work Location Saha Industrial Area
11 No. of Vacant Positions Two

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
