Assembly Supervisor

Type: Full Time, Work From Office

Location: Saha, Ambala

Experience: 5 Years+

Background: Electrical / Mechanical engineering, Preferred Knowledge in electricals(LEDs) and metals and Borosilicate Glass

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and plan production priorities, work flows and schedule.

Ensuring that production is on schedule and high quality output is delivered on time per deadlines.

Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes timely.

Documenting and implementing work instructions and procedures.

Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.

Analyse overall budget and implement cost optimization initiatives.

Manage performance reviews for employees.

Address employee concerns and complaints in a professional manner.

Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.

Resolving labour disputes, where requested.

Skills Required

Strong process knowledge and experience of minimum 5 years in a production (manufacturing) environment. Ability to lead 100+ people.

Strong knowledge of glass, metals, and electricals. A background in Electrical, Mechanical or Glass engineering with grades above 70% from a reputed university.

Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and control

Ability to liaison with government offices and authorities, if required.

Strong communication and administrative skills.

Willingness to travel in India and abroad (must have a valid passport).
