Background: Electrical / Mechanical engineering, Preferred Knowledge in
electricals(LEDs) and metals and Borosilicate Glass
Knowledge of LED Lights is must required.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan production priorities, work flows and schedule.
- Ensuring that production is on schedule and high quality output is delivered on
time per deadlines.
- Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously
available to carry out production processes timely.
- Documenting and implementing work instructions and procedures.
- Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected
incidents and hazards.
- Analyse overall budget and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage performance reviews for employees.
- Address employee concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
- Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
- Resolving labour disputes, where requested.
Skills Required
- Strong process knowledge and experience of minimum 5 years in a
production (manufacturing) environment. Ability to lead 100+ people.
- Strong knowledge of glass, metals, and electricals. A background in Electrical,
Mechanical or Glass engineering with grades above 70% from a reputed
university.
- Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and control
- Ability to liaison with government offices and authorities, if required.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Willingness to travel in India and abroad (must have a valid passport).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
