**Job Purpose**

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Designer. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for developing, conceptualizing, and creating top-quality product designs for A5 Labs with a focus on UX. A product designer is going to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that the final product meets the user's needs by interpreting user research, conducting design thinking, and UX research.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Analyze the client needs and requirements to provide related insight;
+ Collaborate with product owners and design managers to identify ideas and drive towards solutions;
+ Design low and high-fidelity prototypes, communicate ideas through sketches, wireframes and storyboards;
+ Identified design problems and devise elegant solutions and make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features;
+ Work with engineers on implementing designs, providing clear documentation, assets, and behavior documentation;
+ Keep in touch with internal departments to iterate on features through play testing and usability;
+ Design and provide wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces;
+ Create and maintain usability documentation;
+ Work closely with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success;
+ Participate creating new game features and enhancements to existing concepts and new games to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetisation;
+ Assist Design Manager developing and executing the creative and design roadmap for company’s portfolio of games;
+ Conduct research to obtain information about user needs and behaviors;

**Skills and Capabilities**

+ 3+ years experience in designing app/web user experiences from start to finish;
+ An excellent on-line portfolio showcasing user experience and visual design work;
+ Experience with user testing and usability analysis;
+ Ability to work both independently and in a team;
+ Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
+ Fluent skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Balsamiq;
+ Excellent collaborative skills;
+ A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking;
+ Enthusiasm for an iterative design process, driven by group critique;
+ An understanding of interactive design to create intuitive user interactions;
