**About Necxis**

Necxis is a platform where users can create and join fun activities by capturing and uploading specific moments. We aim to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for our users. We are looking for a **Product Designer** who can take our product to the next level by focusing on user research, UI/UX, and visual aesthetics.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct **user research** and **competitive analysis** to understand user needs and industry trends.
- Define **product strategy** and collaborate with stakeholders to shape the roadmap.
- Design intuitive **UI/UX experiences**, ensuring accessibility and usability.
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs** with a focus on motion and microinteractions.
- Build and maintain a **design system** for a scalable and cohesive user experience.
- Develop **visual and branding elements**, including color schemes, typography, and graphic assets.
- Work closely with developers to **ensure seamless implementation** of designs.
- Use **A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven insights** to iterate and optimize designs.
- Contribute to **growth strategies**, improving user engagement, retention, and monetization.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years in product design, UI/UX, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of **user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis**.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator**.
- Expertise in **wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design**.
- Knowledge of **color theory, typography, and design systems**.
- Experience in working with **developers, marketers, and product managers**.
- Familiarity with **A/B testing, data-driven design, and conversion optimization**.
- Understanding of **motion design, animations, and microinteractions** is a plus.

**Bonus Skills**

Experience designing for **mobile-first** platforms.
Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and front-end collaboration**.
Understanding of **behavioral psychology in design**.
Experience with **social media or community-based platforms**.
