A Product Designer is responsible for the entire design process of a product, from ideation to execution. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that are functional, visually appealing, and meet both business and user needs. The role often includes research, prototyping, testing, and iterating on designs to ensure the final product is intuitive and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
1. User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights into user needs and pain points.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.

3. UI/UX Design: Develop user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and enhance the overall user experience, balancing form and function.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.

5. Design Systems: Contribute to or maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms and products.

6. Iteration and Testing: Regularly test designs with real users, analyze feedback, and iterate to improve usability and overall design quality.

7. Stay Current: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

8. Documentation: Document design decisions and workflows for future reference and collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- UX/UI Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think critically and design solutions to complex user and business problems.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring designs are pixel-perfect and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to create functional, user-friendly products.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

A Product Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the end-user experience and ensuring products are both visually engaging and highly functional.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
