**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and deliver products that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct user research to identify customer pain points, behaviors, and preferences, and use the insights to guide product design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate product concepts and communicate design ideas effectively to the team.
- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input.
- Ensure consistency in the visual language and overall user experience across multiple platforms and devices.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for the user's perspective throughout the product development process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product design processes and techniques.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides, pattern libraries, and design specifications.
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Figma, and InVision.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a user-centric approach to design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate, share knowledge, and learn from others.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with design systems and/or component libraries.
