**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- **Sales Presentations & Demonstrations**: Present our products or services to prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for customers post-sale.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position the company’s products.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets using CRM software.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, and successfully close sales deals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Continuously update and expand your knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Education**: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
