**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Growth**: Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue by promoting and selling FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- **Market Penetration**: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned geographic region.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and promotional strategies to effectively position and sell the company’s offerings.
- **Territory Management**: Manage and prioritize daily routes, ensuring timely visits to key accounts and consistent follow-up on all sales leads.
- **Promotions & Merchandising**: Ensure products are properly displayed, conduct in-store promotions, and ensure visibility in stores.
- **Reporting**: Track sales activities, provide regular updates on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. Report on sales performance, inventory levels, and order status.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues related to product orders or deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Sales Representative in the FMCG or retail industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of FMCG products, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and manage a large territory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and problem-solving.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,149.20 - ₹31,205.91 per month
