Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store/department.
*Inventory Management:*
Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise in a timely and organized manner.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stockroom inventory, and report any discrepancies.
Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
*Customer Service:*
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Process transactions, handle returns, and exchange merchandise as needed.
*Visual Merchandising:*
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and promote sales.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
*Requirements:*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic knowledge of fashion and styling (training will be provided).
Ability to meet sales targets and work towards achieving business objectives.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Attention to detail and ability to manage inventory levels accurately.
Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
