**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit retailers and distributors regularly to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and branding in the market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market feedback.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum Qualification**:12th Pass** (Graduates preferred).
- **1-3 years** of experience in **FMCG sales**; experience with tea or detergent products will be an advantage.
- Must own a **two-wheeler** with a valid **driving license**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
