1) Interacting with faculty and other staff members to answer questions or resolve issues

2) Providing administrative support to management by managing their calendars and arranging meetings with staff members

3) Coordinating events such as parent meetings

4) Collecting and distributing mail and messages to faculty and staff members

5) Answering phones and greeting visitors when they arrive at the TDV

6) Follow-ups for fees

7) Providing basic customer service such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments

8) Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

9) Maintains security and telecommunications system.

10) Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

11) Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

12) Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.

13) Telle caller

14) Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

- Front desk - Receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
