**Role: Credit Relationship Officer (Outbound, Collections/Sales Process)**

**Experience: 0 - 5 Years**

**Languages**: Hindi Mandatory with decent English

**Location**: Thousand Lights, Anna Salai, Chennai

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Working Hours**: 9.30AM to 6.30PM

**Requirement**:

- 1-4 years’ experience in a customer support role with collections experience and had targets to achieve month on month.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Multilingual would be an added advantage. - Should have knowledge of loan and credit products.
- Passionate about customer interaction.
- Enjoys working in a start-up environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform 80 effective outbound customer calls on a daily basis.
- Introduce and describe the services we do - Explain and counsel customers to repay the overdues.
- Achieve collections & calling parameters as per the company standard.
- Understand credit concerns customers have when their loan or credit card gets rejected.
- Provide Service Plan options on how customers can improve their score and become loan eligible.
- Co-ordinate with operations department on successful repayment & resolution of negative issues pertaining to credit bureaus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in hand and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
