We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Freelancer/Intern/Part-Time role. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will play a key role in expanding our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving growth through various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content (including but not limited to posts, videos, graphics) for various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and customers in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and enhancing brand reputation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and optimization.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media channels.
- Communicate with design team to bring ideas to life & match delivery deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for social media and digital marketing with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Prior experience in social media marketing, content creation, or related fields is a plus.
