**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience (mandatory).
- **Qualification**: Graduate (must).
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

**Interview Process**:

- HR Round
- Operations Round
- Client Round

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: ₹26,000 to ₹29,000 CTC per month
- **Shift**: Rotational shifts (both way cabs provided)
- **Working Days**: 5 days working, rotational week offs
