Job Title: International Sales Process Executive

Location: [Gurugram]

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports to: Sales Director / Head of International Sales

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients and partners in key international markets, building relationships and securing contracts.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand cultural differences, competition, and demand trends in various global regions.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline the sales process to enhance efficiency, including lead management, CRM implementation, and pipeline tracking.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all international sales activities comply with local laws, trade regulations, and export documentation requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, legal, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations and customer delivery.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the international sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Training & Development: Train and mentor junior sales representatives on international selling techniques and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 6 Months or Above years of experience in international sales or business development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade laws, market entry strategies, and regional business practices.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successfully negotiating high-value contracts and partnerships with international clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse international clients.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in different time zones and travel internationally as needed.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about market opportunities and challenges.

- Sales revenue growth in international markets
- New client acquisition rate
- Customer retention and satisfaction rates
- Sales process efficiency (lead conversion time, deal closure rates)
- Compliance with export and trade regulations
