**Role Description**

We are currently hiring for the role of International Voice Process. This is a full-time on-site position located in Noida. As a member of our team, your day-to-day tasks will involve handling international customer queries, providing assistance and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service or call center industry
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good experience on cold calling

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
