**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure high-quality and efficient service.
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure their needs are met throughout the dining experience.
- Take orders and ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
- Train and mentor junior staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and guest handling.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance of the restaurant are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Monitor table settings, including cleanliness, presentation, and accuracy of setup.
- Maintain records of guest preferences and special requests for future reference.
- Assist with inventory checks, order requisitions, and stock management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Waiter/Steward in a 3-5 star hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene is an advantage.

**Work Conditions**:

- Fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
