**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service to guests.
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Oversee the setup of dining areas and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Take and manage reservations to optimize seating and service flow.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Maintain inventory of service supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Prepare reports on service performance and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 3-5 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
