**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and develop customised solutions that align with their business goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the presales process.
- Design end-to-end solutions, including architecture, technical specifications, and integration plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos to clients.
- Conduct technical workshops and discussions to understand client needs and demonstrate solution capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, delivery, and operations) to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
- Support in RFP/RFI responses, providing technical inputs and solution documentation.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies during the solution design phase.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance solution offerings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise architecture, and IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience in designing complex technical solutions across multiple domains.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in proposal writing, technical documentation, and solution costing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, or similar.
- Experience working in IT services, consulting, or product-based environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps, microservices, APIs, and security architectures.
