We are seeking a motivated and experienced Domestic Market Sales Representative to join our team in the rice industry. As a key player in our sales division; you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of rice products to domestic markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth strategy and build strong relationships with customers across various segments.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis, and monitor competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

.4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals to maximize profitability.

5. Product Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and expand market reach.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the rice or related food industry. Strong understanding of domestic market dynamics, distribution channels, and customer segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
