**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales and field visits.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team on local marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely updates and performance reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 0-6 months of direct/field sales experience (freshers welcome).
- Proficiency in **Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English** (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a **two-wheeler** with a valid **driving license**.
- Self-driven and comfortable with fieldwork.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**
