**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Direct Sales Representative. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our HR recruitment services to prospective clients. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- 2-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the HR industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HR recruitment needs
- Present and promote our HR recruitment services to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements
- **Real estate experience is desired-2years above exp**
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
