We are seeking passionate sales professionals to join us on our journey.About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and prior experience selling IT products, preferably in the AI space. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving new business and closing deals in the US market.Responsibilities: - Drive direct sales for Codespell in the North American region. - Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers. - Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach to closing. - Effectively present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients. - Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, forecasting revenue and meeting monthly/quarterly targets. - Negotiate and close deals in the range of 50K to 100K USD contract value. - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on sales strategies.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.Required Skills: - Proven track record in IT product sales, preferably AI products. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - 6 – 8 years of direct sales experience in the international market. - Prior experience handling deals valued at $50K to $100K USD. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.Preferred Skills: - Experience in the AI industry. - Strong negotiation skills.Pay range and compensation package:Base + aggressive incentive-based pay structureEqual Opportunity Statement:We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.Why Join Us? - Be part of an emerging AI product story in a fast-growing team. - Opportunity to work closely with product and leadership teams. - Hybrid work environment. - Performance-driven incentives and growth path.
