**What this job involves**:
As a Compliance Officer-Operation at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations align with the Contract Labor (Regulation and Abolition) Act (CLRA) and other relevant regulations. You'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees by maintaining the highest standards of compliance. In this position, you'll collaborate with teams across the organization, embracing innovative ways of working to develop and implement effective compliance strategies. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a culture of integrity and responsible business practices, contributing to JLL's commitment to excellence and ethical operations.
**What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures related to CLRA and other labor regulations
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, updating internal policies accordingly
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent JLL in compliance-related matters
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and relevant authorities

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance roles, with specific focus on CLRA
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in compliance management software and MS Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Law or relevant field
- Professional certifications in compliance or risk management
- Experience in the real estate or facilities management industry
- Knowledge of international compliance standards and best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong project management skills
