Job Title: Construction Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
Ensure construction projects comply with regulatory requirements, Labour laws, regulations and statues, focusing on Provident fund, Employee state insurance and other relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Labour Law Compliance (60%):
1. Monitor changes in labour laws and regulations.

2. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, and other labour laws.

3. Conduct audits to identify compliance gaps.

PF and ESI Compliance (20%):
1. Manage PF and ESI registrations, contributions, and record-keeping.

2. Ensure timely payment of PF and ESI dues.

3. Handle PF and ESI-related queries and disputes.

Statutory Compliance (10%):
1. Maintain compliance with Shops and Establishment Act.

2. Ensure adherence to Contract Labour Act.

3. Manage compliance with other relevant labour laws.

Reporting and Documentation (5%):
1. Prepare compliance reports.

2. Maintain accurate records.

3. Develop and maintain compliance procedures.

Audit and Inspection (5%):
1. Conduct internal audits.

2. Coordinate with external auditors.

3. Implement corrective actions.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in law, HR, or related field.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹77,905.99 per month

**Benefits**:
