**Responsibilities**:

- **DMS Development & Implementation**:

- Lead the end-to-end process of designing and developing a custom DMS solution.
- Define and document detailed functional requirements based on thorough analysis of dealership operations.
- Collaborate with software developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the DMS.
- Ensure seamless integration of the DMS with other relevant systems.
- **Automotive Industry Expertise**:

- Analyze and optimize workflows related to inventory management, customer relationship management (CRM), service scheduling, and financial transactions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the DMS remains compliant and competitive.
- **Dealership Management Software Proficiency**:

- Possess a thorough understanding of existing dealership management software platforms and their functionalities.
- Evaluate and recommend best practices for data management, reporting, and analytics within the DMS.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the effective utilization of the DMS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with department heads, sales teams, service technicians, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement within the dealership operations through the effective use of the DMS.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to DMS usage.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the DMS.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum [Number] years) in the automotive industry, with a focus on dealership operations.
- Extensive knowledge of purchase, sales, and service processes within a car dealership.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing and managing dealership management software.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with designing software from scratch is highly desirable.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with specific DMS platforms (e.g., CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, DealerSocket).
- Experience with database management, and SQL.
- Project management certification (PMP, etc.).

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
