Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative design process for digital, print, and web assets, including social media graphics, websites, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.

Develop innovative visual concepts that effectively communicate the company’s message and enhance the brand identity.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create design solutions that align with business goals.

Oversee and guide junior designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

Design and maintain a cohesive visual style across all platforms, ensuring consistency in brand identity.

Create visually compelling and user-friendly designs for various campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conceptualization to final execution.

Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer In Digital Marketing Agency Is Bonus, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.

Experience with both print and digital media.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience in mentoring or leading a design team is a plus.

Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a bonus.

Ability to think creatively and strategically.
