**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Experience**: Minimum 2 Years
**Work Locations**: Coimbatore, Chennai & Madurai
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and market research.
- Promote and sell the company’s **ERP software solutions** and related products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure business growth.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product demonstrations and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and customer support.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, visits, and conversions.
**Location Coverage**:
**Coimbatore**:
- Experience in **ERP software sales** (any vertical).
- Exposure to **Pharma ERP** or **Pharma product sales** will be an added advantage.
**Chennai & Madurai**:
- Experience in **ERP software sales (any vertical)** and/or **FMCG sales (Primary & Secondary).**:
- Experience in **Pharma or Supermarket product sales** will be considered an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in **software product sales**, with exposure to **ERP, FMCG, and Pharma** sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in **Tamil and English** is mandatory.
