It- Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, including cold calling, attending networking events, social media outreach, and executing lead generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure client requirements are met.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex software capabilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
