**TITLE- SERVICE ASSURANCE**

**LOCATION- MUMBAI**.

**CLIENT NAME - TATA COMMUNICATION LTD**

**2 YRS CONTRACT BASED**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Day to day first level trouble shooting for network related issues.
- Link Monitoring through banking tools.
- Coordination with Customer router teams for router issues.
- Monthly SLA reports.
- Daily Reports sharing with customer (Flapping and Total ISP Reports).
- Coordination with TCL Team and customer for Site Shifting/Feasibility/ Link Migration Activity.
- Taking up with local customer for Earthing issue/Site Hygiene Issue.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BE(E&TC, IT, CSE )/ BCA/MCA
- CCNA/CCNP course /certification preferred

**Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom field**

**Working Days: 6**

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
