Job Description - Lead and manage global IT service assurance operations within the pharmaceutical industry. - Ensure the implementation and adherence to IT service management frameworks and standards. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT service delivery effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT service-related challenges. - Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize disruptions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service quality. - Manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. The Successful Applicant A successful Head - Global IT Service Assurance should have: - A strong educational background in Information Technology or a related field. - Proven expertise in IT service management within similar large scale organisations - Experience in implementing IT frameworks, such as ITIL or similar. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - The ability to work effectively in a global environment, particularly in Mumbai. - A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
