It focuses on providing innovative solutions to meet the growing demands of the healthcare sector.Job DescriptionLead and manage global IT service assurance operations within the pharmaceutical industry.Ensure the implementation and adherence to IT service management frameworks and standards.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT service delivery effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT service-related challenges.Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize disruptions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service quality.Manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.The Successful ApplicantA successful Head - Global IT Service Assurance should have:A strong educational background in Information Technology or a related field.Proven expertise in IT service management within similar large scale organisationsExperience in implementing IT frameworks, such as ITIL or similar.Excellent leadership and team management skills.The ability to work effectively in a global environment, particularly in Mumbai.A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
