Attended phone calls, concluded the nature of calls and assisted callers to the proper Department.
- Maintaining & Keeping records of attendance by Time Attendance Software with Biometric
- Kept detailed messages from the person called upon, containing name, call timing and Business Nature.
- Successfully organized appointments between employees and clients.
- Submission all bills of Food and snacks (Inward/Outward/Outstation).
- In charge of inventory control of stationery, paper (check and stock) and issuing of purchase requisitions.
- Distribution/Records of Access Cards to client’s guests for opening the door.
