Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally and courteously.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Oversee office administrative activities including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Assist in recruitment activities — job postings, initial screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and manage office files, reports, and employee records.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in reception, office administration, or HR / or freshers also apply with good skills or knowledge .
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Office .
- Organized, presentable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
