**Roles and Responsibilities will be like**:
Greeting: Welcome visitors and clients with a professional and courteous demeanor
Scheduling: Book meetings, manage schedules, and oversee internal calendars
Administrative tasks: Organize filing systems, manage records, and sort and distribute post
Directing: Guide visitors to the right person or team they want to meet
Maintaining records: Keep visitor logs with details about the visitor and their purpose
Handling information: Gather new client information during initial phone calls and meetings
Maintaining confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of client information
**Skills**
Coordination with vendors for executive cards and Visiting cards of clients and employees
Handle outgoing and incoming parcels and maintain records
Inventory and stationery records management
Must be proactive
Well versed in Excel and communication skills
Presentable
Puntual
Must take ownership of the work
