We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Onboarding Executive to join our team. As an Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for visiting restaurants and chain of restaurants, promoting our food delivery app, and convincing them to enroll and onboard on our platform. Your primary goal will be to expand our network of partner establishments and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit restaurants and chain of restaurants to introduce our food delivery app and its benefits.
- Present compelling arguments and value propositions to persuade potential partners to join our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to onboard them effectively.
- Conduct thorough presentations and demonstrations of our app's features, competitive edge, and cost-saving advantages compared to our competitors.
- Explain our competitive pricing structure and fast settlement time, highlighting the financial benefits for partner establishments.
- Schedule and make phone appointments with potential clients to ensure a smooth visit and maximize the opportunity for successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate the necessary paperwork and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new partners.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of onboarding activities, including progress, challenges, and potential opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to tailor your approach and maintain our competitive edge.
- Achieve individual and team targets for onboarding new partner establishments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convince potential partners to join our food delivery app platform.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive for achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and foster a positive business partnership.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and visit client premises regularly.
- Ability to handle paperwork and ensure accurate completion of onboarding documentation.
- A passion for the food industry and a genuine interest in helping businesses grow.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
