Vedanta Hiring **Chief Security Officer In Vishakapatnam** With 8 to 10 years of experience and domain knowledge.

**Job Title**: Chief Security Officer Manager

**Reports To**: CEO, VGCB

**Division / Dept.**: Security

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- An exposure of managing teams independently across spread out geographical terrains.
- He/ She should be a self-driven individual capable of multitasking & deliver time bound results under high pressure work environment.
- Should have good communication & presentation skills
- 24X7 availability of the individual who should be ready to involve himself, support his team, coordinate with various stake holders & resolve issues even during the non-working hours.
- Balanced & thoughtful approach during crisis situations like labour unrest, Gherao etc.
- Ability to get connected with the officers as well as with the guard force with same ease to understand & resolve their concerns to support uninterrupted operations.
- Out of the box thought process & never say ‘NO’ attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Location: Vishakapatnam
- Ctc 26 - 35 Lakh
- 8 to 10 years of experience and domain knowledge.
- **Short Service Commissioned Officers** having minimum 3 to 5 years of **experience in Industrial Security in addition Security professionals having** 8 to 10 years of experience and domain knowledge.
- Any Graduate with throughout 1st class in academics (CPP, PSP, NCC ‘C’ certificate holders will be preferred)

**Salary**: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- in Industrial Security: 3 years (required)
- 3in Industrial With Short Service Commisioned Officers: 8 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Served in Short Service Commissioned Officers (required)
- 1st class in academics (CPP, PSP, NCC ‘C’ certificate holder (preferred)
- Comfortable with location Vishakapatnam (required)
