Chief Security ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Architect to oversee the security of our cloud and on-premises infrastructure. As the primary point of contact for security, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise security architecture and governance. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and CIS benchmarks is essential. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security features like IAM, KMS, VPC Service Controls, and Cloud Logging/Audit is also required.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards.Design automated controls and guardrails to prevent security drift and ensure continuous compliance.Implement automated drift alerts and self-healing playbooks to detect and respond to security incidents.Configure logging and monitoring tools to detect security events and lead incident response efforts.Requirements:5+ years of experience driving security and compliance in dynamic environments.Deep expertise in GCP security features and Kubernetes application hardening.Strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills and GitOps experience.Proficiency in Python scripting and policy-as-code frameworks.Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into clear policies and remediation plans.Bonus Skills:Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.Knowledge of vulnerability management and threat intelligence platforms.
