Our portfolio spans three core pillars: Skilling, Consulting, and Patent-driven products.The RoleSeeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder to lead the technology and IP layer across our emerging product portfolio, from SaaS automation to skilling and training.You will architect systems that are technically sound, patent-ready, and commercially deployable, collaborating closely with the Founder to take ideas from whiteboard to working product and from proof-of-concept to real-world enterprise production scale.Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end architecture, engineering, and technical due diligence for all patent-backed productsSupervise prototype builds (internal or partner teams) across AI, data, and Cloud stacksDevelop shared technology frameworks, documentation, and DevOps hygiene across the portfolioLiaison with patent attorneys for technical drafting and claims clarityContribute to thought leadership and investor communication on tech differentiation; represent in investor and client discussionsRequirements:PhD preferred but not mandatory; an advanced degree, M.Tech/M.S. preferred, or equivalent industry experience acceptedDemonstrated excellence in your work areaComplete fluency with machine learning, deep learning, general AI, and agentic AI10-15 years of experience in data, AI, product, or software engineering (preferred 5 years in a startup)Proven record of shipping minimum viable products or leading small engineering podsCreated or part of a winning product with 100+ B2B customersHands-on with at least two cloud platforms and proficient in one (AWS, GCP, Azure)Fluent in Python (APIs, data, automation)Expert in PyTorch or TensorFlow (at least one); ability to operationalize open-source AI toolsExperience in system design and early-stage product buildComfort leading small distributed freelancer podsWorking knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and API-based architectureFluent in turning prototypes into scalable architectures and explaining tech to non-tech investorsExposure to IP creation; a patent is highly preferredEngagement Model:Flexible, remote, approximately 10 hours per week (min. 8h) to start withNo fixed remunerationEquity, patent co-inventorship, and brand visibility within the ecosystemMonthly review to check alignment, engagement, and focusStructure:Equity pool - up to 2% - milestone-linked (prototype to patent to MVP to funding)A rare opportunity to co-own and co-build a patent portfolio that converts real-world problems into defensible AI products.
