About Grovio We’re building an autonomous, multi-agent AI OS that plans, executes, and optimizes marketing across modern digital ecosystems. Think: an AI that acts like a virtual CMO — planning, writing, analyzing, launching, and optimizing campaigns end-to-end. We move fast. We ship fast. We think long-term. What You’ll Do (High Ownership) Design and build Grovio’s multi-agent AI orchestration engine Architect scalable workflows, microservices, and distributed systems Build core backend systems + high-velocity features Lead integration of LLMs, toolchains, automations, and data pipelines Collaborate directly with founders on product + strategy Set engineering standards, CI/CD, Dev Ops, and system reliability Help hire and grow the engineering team as we scale This is a 0 → 1 → scale leadership role, not a maintenance job.
