**Responsibilities**:
**Security Oversight**: Manage all security operations at our manufacturing facility.
- **Protocol Enforcement**: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect employees and company assets.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and guide security personnel, ensuring proper response protocols are followed.
- **Risk Management**: Conduct regular safety audits and identify potential threats.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and incidents, coordinating with local authorities as needed.
- **Surveillance Monitoring**: Oversee the operation of surveillance systems and security checks.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 15 years of service in the Indian Army, with experience in field postings (non-trade professionals preferred).
- **Skills**: Leadership, strong decision-making, and crisis management capabilities.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform the physical demands of the role.
- **Other Requirements**: Strong communication, discipline, and organizational skills.
