- 1. Assist the Directors and Chiefs in managing daily operations and implementing strategic initiatives.
- 2. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement operational processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- 3. Coordinate and prepare for executive meetings, including setting the agenda, gathering necessary materials, and providing follow-up on action items.
- 4. Serve as a liaison between the executive team, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong relationships.
- 5. Support the implementation of special projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- 6. Conduct research and analysis to support the executive team in making informed decisions.
- 7. Review and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- 8. Provide assistance and guidance to direct reports and other staff members as needed.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
